Business automation for Saskatchewan service businesses

The job is done, but the invoice goes out days later because someone has to re-type it. We find where the admin time actually goes, then connect the tools you already use so the work moves without anyone copying it by hand.

Who this is for

Built for businesses where the work happens away from the desk.

If the same details get typed into two systems, or follow-up depends on someone remembering, there is probably an hour a day to win back.

Trades and field service

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and landscaping crews who finish the job on site and do the paperwork at night.

Offices and clinics

Front desks where intake, booking reminders and follow-up live in a shared inbox and a notebook.

Small, busy teams

Anyone re-entering the same customer, job or order details into more than one tool every week.

Every automation project starts here, so you know what is worth fixing before you pay for a build.

How it works

We walk through how work moves through your business, from the first inquiry to getting paid, and look for the steps where time leaks out.

  • A 90-minute session, remote or on-site in Regina
  • A walk-through of your real tools and handoffs
  • A written summary within three business days

Field-to-Invoice: from finished job to invoice, without re-typing.

Field-to-Invoice closes the gap between finishing a job and getting paid. The details are captured once, on site, and turn into a draft invoice in your accounting tool — nothing re-typed at the end of the day, nothing forgotten.

01

Job finished

What was done, hours, materials and photos are captured once, on site.

02

Details sent

The job record reaches the office straight away — no paper and no end-of-day re-entry.

03

Draft invoice

A draft invoice is created in your accounting tool, ready for a quick review.

04

Follow-up

A reminder goes out if the invoice is not paid on time, so nobody has to chase it by memory.

This is an example workflow, not a completed client project. It usually connects tools like QuickBooks Online, Jobber and Google Workspace. Whatever you use, we confirm it can connect before you commit to anything.

Beyond invoicing

Other handoffs worth automating.

Automation here means removing a specific job someone does by hand every week — not adding a platform.

Lead routing and response

New inquiries land in the right place and get a prompt first reply, even when you are on a job.

Booking reminders and follow-up

Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, so fewer appointments are missed.

Internal notifications

The right person hears about a new job, a change or a handoff without a phone call.

Where it helps, AI can sit on top: a chatbot grounded in your own services and pricing that answers common questions and says “I do not know” instead of guessing. See the Chatbot Starter.

Pricing

What it costs.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Custom work is quoted after discovery, never before.

What moves the number

One automation between two tools is straightforward. Six tools with no API is a different project. A single automation often takes under two weeks, and discovery gives you a real date before anything starts.

How it goes

Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.

Each step ends with something you can look at and approve before the next one starts.

01

Discover

We map where your time goes, what your customers do, and which system is actually the bottleneck.

02

Design

You see the structure, copy and workflow logic before anything gets built.

03

Build

Implementation with testing, documentation and a handoff you can follow without us.

04

Launch

Go live, watch it for real, and adjust what the first week of real use exposes.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I have to replace my current software?

Usually not. The point is to connect the tools you already pay for. If something genuinely needs replacing, the review will say so and explain why.

Who owns the automations when you are done?

You do. Your automation accounts are set up in your business’s name, and you get admin access and written documentation. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

Where is my data processed?

Some automation and AI tools process data in the United States. Before connecting anything, we tell you which tools touch your data and where they are based. Where a Canadian-hosted option exists and it matters to you, we use it, and sensitive information stays out of AI tools unless you have agreed to it.

What happens if a connected tool changes?

Tools do change. Ongoing support is available but never required — if you want someone watching your automations after launch, it is quoted with your project, monthly or as needed. The documentation means anyone can pick it up.
