Web design for Regina businesses that want more inquiries

Most small-business sites lose people at the same two points: unclear services, and no obvious way to ask. We build sites that fix both, with a quote path a visitor can find in one scroll.

What is included

A site that earns trust before you ever speak.

Built to make the first impression you would make in person, and to turn a visit into an inquiry you can follow up on.

Website design and development

Custom sites with clearer messaging, responsive layouts and a conversion structure that holds up on a phone.

  • Homepage, service pages and contact flow
  • Lead-focused copy and CTA hierarchy
  • Mobile-first layout and performance
  • SEO setup and Google Search Console

Lead capture and booking

Forms and intake paths that turn a visit into a real inquiry you can follow up on.

  • Quote request forms
  • Consultation booking flows
  • Intake structured for follow-up

Pricing

What a website costs.

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax, with payment split across project milestones.

What moves the number

Page count and content. A five-page site with copy you already have costs less than a fifteen-page site that needs writing. Every website includes help shaping your message; if the copy needs writing from scratch, that is quoted by page count.

Already have a website?

Get found on Google without starting over.

If your site looks fine but nobody finds it, a one-time SEO Tune-Up fixes the basics search engines look for.

What to expect

Fixes are made where your website platform allows them, and anything we cannot change is listed in the report with a plain explanation. Search results usually take three to six months to show the difference. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, and we will not.

Working together

Local when it helps, documented when it is done.

A Regina partner you can meet, and a site you can keep running without us.

Two to four weeks

A starter website typically takes two to four weeks once content is ready. Discovery gives you a real date before anything starts.

Meet in person

We are based in Regina and meet clients within about 50 km. Elsewhere in Saskatchewan is by arrangement, and projects across Canada run remotely.

Yours to keep

Your domain and hosting are set up in your business’s name. You get admin access, documentation and a handover session. Ongoing support is available but never required.

How it goes

Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.

No surprise invoices, no vanishing for three weeks. Each step ends with something you can look at.

01

Discover

We map where your time goes, what your customers do, and which system is actually the bottleneck.

02

Design

You see the structure, copy and workflow logic before anything gets built.

03

Build

Implementation with testing, documentation and a handoff you can follow without us.

04

Launch

Go live, watch it for real, and adjust what the first week of real use exposes.

Illustrative example

What a website refresh usually looks like.

An example of the kind of project we run — not a completed client project.

Example · Website

Service business website refresh

A local business with a credible reputation and a website that does not reflect it.

  • Stronger service structure and CTA hierarchy
  • A clearer mobile experience for local customers
  • A quote path reachable from every page

After the form

A better website is half the job.

Most lost time happens after an inquiry arrives: re-typed details, slow follow-up, bookings in a notebook. If that sounds familiar, start with a Workflow Efficiency Review.

Questions

Before you ask for a quote.

Do new websites include SEO?

Yes. Every new website includes SEO setup: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and Google Search Console. If you already have a site, the SEO Tune-Up covers the same ground.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

You do. They are set up in your business’s name, you get admin access and documentation, and if we stop working together you keep everything.

Do you write the copy?

Every website includes help shaping your message. If the copy needs writing from scratch, that is quoted by page count, so you only pay for the writing you need.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. Most projects start from an existing site. We keep what works, including your domain and any content that still reads well, and rebuild the structure around a clear quote path.
